On the ground floor there is a large and bright living area equipped with TV, sofa, dining area and kitchen complete with every comfort: hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, toaster, moka and coffee machine equipped with pods.
Also on the ground floor the housing unit has an additional bathroom available for its GUESTS equipped with toilet, bidet, sink and shower.
The Lavanda housing unit is equipped with heating and air conditioning.
